About the role
SwiftLine Logistics runs warehouses and delivery services for importers near Ashdod port.
We are hiring a Operations Manager to join our team in Ashdod. You will run the daily operations of our two logistics centers.
You will work with a friendly, experienced team, own your work from start to finish and have a real say in how we do things.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience as a Operations Manager or in a similar role
- Hands-on experience with Leadership
- Hands-on experience with Negotiation
- Hands-on experience with Problem Solving
- Good communication skills in Hebrew and English
- A team player who takes ownership
