HR Generalist

About the role
CarePlus Medical Center is a private medical center with 12 clinics, a day hospital and its own pharmacy.
We are hiring a HR Generalist to join our team in Jerusalem. You will handle recruiting, onboarding and employee relations for 400 employees.
You will work with a friendly, experienced team, own your work from start to finish and have a real say in how we do things.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a HR Generalist or in a similar role
- Hands-on experience with Communication
- Hands-on experience with Negotiation
- Good communication skills in Hebrew and English
- A team player who takes ownership
